Preferiblemente una vez a la semana o por lo menos una vez cada dos semanas.

Puedes hacer tratamientos con aceite tibio utilizando aceite de coco, aceite de castor o aceite de oliva; solo aplica un poco de aceite ligeramente tibio en las raíces de tu cabello y distribúyelo por todo lo largo, mantenlo allí (preferiblemente envuelto) por lo menos unos 40 minutos y luego, lava tu cabello, esto le añadirá brillo y elasticidad.
